In order to create an application with Arukas, you need to verify the phone number by phone authentication.
Note: Currently, there is a problem that a phone number in China does not receive a call notifying the phone authorization code. If you are a Chinese customer, please contact your telephone service provider.
If you do not receive a call notifying the phone authentication code, try the following operations.
- Please wait for a while and try phone authentication again.
- Make sure that the phone number you entered is correct.
- Check which country you are calling from and contact Arukas support. We also accept inquiries from customers who have not completed phone authentication.
